How to order your

first caps

Please feel free to contact us below, by email, to discuss how we might make some bespoke caps for you, or if you have any questions.

The details

At this point we discuss the finer details of your bespoke caps from style to size to embroidery, making due note of any specific requests.

The order

Here, we have finalised your order and will confirm this with you via invoice.

Payment is usually required before the order is sent across to the manufacturing department.

Manufacture

Each cap within your order then undergoes 30 individual operations, combining 26 individual pieces, hand made by 11 individual craftsmen in the heart of England.

05

Delivery

Your caps will be delivered within 6-8 weeks from date of manufacture commencement in your chosen presentation box or bag.
